Psychological capital refers to the general enthusiasm at the core of the individual psychological factors, in conforms to the psychological state of positive organizational behavior standards, through targeted investment and development that makes the individual gain competitive advantage.In this study, we regard the college students of China university of petroleum as the research object.This research obtains the connotation, the structure of the college students’ psychological capital, the existing level of development in the differences of demographic variables, rural cadastral college students’ psychological capital and the relationship between academic achievement.This research obtains the following conclusion:The college students psychological capital and its various dimensions of split in average level indicates that the overall status of college students’ psychological capital is relatively good. Rural cadastral groups of college students psychological capital and its various dimensions of partitioning is in medium level, this shows that the rural cadastral overall status of college students’ psychological capital is slightly lower than college students.Rural cadastral groups of college students psychological capital development good toughness dimension, average slightly to the rural students.
