Problems And Countermeasures Of Student Employment Guidance Services In Northeastern University

The universities in China have achieved great progress in the task of employment direction in recent years, with its degrees various from different levels of colleges. The Northeast University, one of the 985 key universities of China, has also received all levels of awards ranging from Shenyang to the country, which pushes us to a new historical stage. In order to stride to a higher level of our work, we need to find out the problems in a more scientific and effective way, and search for the best solution.Therefore, equipped with the system-theory and the control-theory, I wrote this thesis making clear the systems to which our work belongs:we use the method of interview and panel discussion on a large scale to get the information we need from within the system, we face the problems, and finally we put forward the solutions to them. This thesis consists of 5 chapters:In chapter one, I mainly discuss the goal and the meaning of this research and summarize the progress we have achieved now; in chapter two, I focus on introducing several basic concepts and some relative theories as well as sketching the current circumstance of our work; in chapter three, I point out problems of the work of employment direction here in the Northeast University, based on the field-trips and interviews I have done before; in the forth chapter, I put out some feasible solutions to the problems; in the final chapter, I draw the conclusion and in the meantime, I realize that there are still some drawbacks which remain to be perfected.This paper argues that to analysis the problems and countermeasures existing in the employment stage for Northeastern University student shows significant meaning to promote the development of school and lead the employment of college in various levels in all country. While only by clearing each system in northeastern university students’ employment work and understanding the relationship between the elements within the system can we deeply grasp the present problems existing in the employment at this stage. In response to the status quo, northeastern university, in the future must pay more attention to the soft environment construction, and rely more on various parts of the resultant force, in order to achieve the students employment work to a new level.
