In the new century, with the development of basic education curriculum reform, under the background of globalization, cultural pluralism, social information,contemporary teachers from new curriculum reform are facing unprecedented challenges, and the concept of “ teachers as investigators ” spreads and extends rapidly. Hence, schoolbased teaching and research arises at the historic moment.In the process, those private middle schools which are national basic education camp have entered a new stage of “ schoolbased teaching”.Therefore, relying on scientific research to develop school, vigorously promoting the school-based teaching and research, is a fundamental long-term strategy.Xingzhi Middle School, located in Xishui County in Guizhou Province, is a school for twelve years, Its examination scores stands the top nine years in a row among the county. It was rated as “excellent private schools ”by the competent department of education many times. This study selects the Xingzhi middle school as the research object,adopting the method of literature analysis, interviewing method and case study. It investigates the basic situation of research on the Chinese school-based teaching and research,describing the effectiveness of Chinese school-based teaching and research briefly,and it hackles and summarizes the success of the school in the aspect of Chinese school-based teaching and research practice. On this basis, we find the problems, analyze the reasons and try to put forward corresponding countermeasures. I hope it can improve the teaching and research of Chinese language of this school to inspire a certain degree.This study consists of three parts. The first part is the introduction of private junior middle school Chinese schoolbased teaching and research. The second part is the effective research of Chinese school-based teaching and research in Xingzhi Middle School, located in Guizhou Xishui.The third part is the relevant Chinese school-based teaching and research of countermeasure thing. The study is through the analysis of Chinese school-based teaching and research problems and cause,from the construction of practical knowledge to promote private junior middle school language teachers ’ professional development. Flexible use of “ six steps four links ” teaching method makes classes lively and interesting, promoting the school culture construction,improving the quality of Chinese teaching in private junior middle school. From these three aspects, this study carries out the countermeasure thought.
