Discipline teaching literacy is a prerequisite for teacher education work must have,not only embodied in the internal career demands,but also the teacher individual unique teaching characteristics,can effectively promote teachers imparting professional knowledge level,guide students to establish positive goals,form the good habit of autonomous learning,and finally help the teacher to complete khalid ents education mission.This paper takes 4 junior high schools in Yancheng City as the objects to explore the current situation,problems and promotion strategies of Chinese teachers' subject teaching quality in junior high schools.On the basis of investigation,statistics and analysis,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the subject teaching quality of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: insufficient knowledge reserve of Chinese subject,low level of Chinese teaching skills,one-side and single form of Chinese evaluation,and analyzes the reasons for these problems,which are mainly as follows:The development of professional motivation is insufficient,the systematic weakness of Chinese knowledge,the lack of practical awareness,and the evaluation system is not yet perfect.On the basis of analysis and inquiry,this paper puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies from the aspects of strengthening the knowledge reserve of Chinese subject,improving the teaching skills of Chinese subject and perfecting the evaluation system of Chinese subject.This paper aims to guide junior middle school Chinese teachers to improve their subject teaching quality and promote the high-quality development of junior middle school Chinese education through practical research.
