The concept of homeschooling is a new way of describing the field of education. There are not many researches on this field in China, and most of the research is still in its origin, historical development, existing problems and so on. The purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages of the homeschooling in the whole primary education and secondary education of the public school in China, affirm the necessity and feasibility of the development of homeschooling in China, and put forward the specific implementation plan of the homeschooling education in China. In the sense of theory, this paper enriches the research on the homeschooling as a new kind of education mode. In the practical sense, the concrete implementation scheme proposed in this paper has very strong practicality.Through literature research, this paper discusses the concept of homeschooling, the cause of formation, the development history, the present situation of domestic and foreign research, the effect of education and the existing problems. In addition, based on the literature research method, using the questionnaire survey and case study method, using the actual data and the case, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of homeschooling in China. At the same time, this paper uses the method of comparative study, and refers to the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the American homeschooling, puts forward some ideas, such as the suggestion of making the law and regulations of the Homeschooling Education; the proposal of choosing the Eclectic Homeschooling Education; the advice of choosing The Charlotte Mason Method as the main teaching method, the Classical Education as well as The Unit Study Approach as the secondary teaching method in the Homeschooling Education; recommending that students and parents of the stage of the test, the test results of grading evaluation, and the corresponding treatment method; the proposal of a plan to help students integrate into social life; advising a joint plan for the students to participate in social work in adult.
