With the development of social economy and reform, the talented person with professional technical ability are becoming the key factor to enterprise,expand anddevelop the company. And the cultivation of talented personcannot be separated from the vocational school, especially the professional school teachers. The professional technical abilities of vocational school teachers, to a great extent, determines the vocational school students’ professional technical ability and professional competitiveness. Therefore, to improve the professional technical abilities of teachers in vocational school has become a problem that can not be ignored.Secondary vocational schools are in the disadvantaged position in the vocational education. The development of their professional teachers are subject to the constraints of all aspects of the conditions. The majority of teachers in the secondary vocational school come from the ordinary university, they are lack of professional technical ability training, and also lack of practical work experience. The traditional teacher training system aim at teaching ideas, lacking of professional skills training. The proportion and abilities of the dual-qualified teachers is not good enoughin secondary vocational schools by many kinds of reasons.The secondary vocational school teachers’ technical ability is weak, they do not understand the actual needs of the enterprise, they lack of practical support in the teaching of the dual-qualified teachers not double, I try to use the theory of constructivism, combined with teachers’ corporate internships, design a new training program to improve the professional skills of teachers occupation. And the training results are demonstrated in the form of teaching and training. The effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme are tested by variety of methods. To develop curriculum design ideas to provide the basis of theory and practice, improve the limitations of the traditional training of teachers, for the secondary vocational school teachers’ professional development and construction of the bottleneck to find a breakthrough.
