The integration of industry and education,as a long-held strategy of vocational education development,is playing an increasingly important role in the development of higher vocational colleges in the new era.In 2017,it was proposed to strengthen the construction of the integrated teaching staff of Industry and education.The integration of industry and education has been put on the agenda,and the follow-up policies,“20 vocational education articles”and “12 vocational teachers articles”,all emphasize the strengthening of cooperation between schools and enterprises,this paper points out the direction and development center of the “Double-qualified”teachers,and lays a solid foundation for the development of higher vocational colleges.“Double-qualified”teachers are an indispensable part of the construction and development of higher vocational colleges.They are also the focus of vocational education research and play an important role in promoting the development of higher vocational colleges.This paper is based on the construction of “Double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges with the development of the integration of industry and education.It makes a deep and systematic study on the basis of the major policies that affect the development direction of “Double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,the policy development process of “Double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges since the reform and opening-up is divided into five stages.And in combination with the reality of higher vocational colleges,“ Double-qualified ”teachers of the status quo and problems of the system.This paper analyzes on the new goals and challenges of the integration of industry and education for the development of higher vocational colleges,and holds that it is imperative to establish the teaching staff of the integration of industry and education and to promote the construction of the “Double-qualified”teaching staff.From individual “Double-qualified”to team“ Double-qualified ” construction,in accordance with the goal of integration of industry and education,set teaching,practice,science and technology,social services as one of the complex team of teachers.Based on the analysis of the process of policy development and the background of the integration of industry and education,this paper analyzes the development of the integration of industry and education and the construction of the “Double-qualified”teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province.On the basis of cases and documents,this paper discusses the three bottlenecks in the construction of the integration platform of production and teaching,the individual orientation of “Double-qualified”teachers and the construction of“Double-qualified”teachers team,in view of the bottleneck of team building,this paper puts forward a targeted idea of improvement,including improving the platform for integration of industry and education to meet the needs of teachers development,strengthening the system construction of “Double-qualified”individual teachers,and promoting the development of“Double-qualified”teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges,we should perfect the construction of “ Double-qualified ”teaching staff of individual and team,and form the “Double-qualified”teaching staff centered around the development of the team,covering the construction of the“ Double-qualified ” teaching staff of individual teachers,so as to improve the education quality of higher vocational colleges.
