The powerful nation should have powerful education first,whose precondition should be strong teacher team.Under the background of the new era,it is necessary to deepen the reform of teacher training to train professional and innovative teachers with high quality.The organization of Teachers ' training is an important part of teacher education system,and the deepening of the reform of teacher training will inevitably require the change of the organization of teacher training.Based on field theory,organizational change theory,structural function theory and the theories of specialization,universitization and integration of teacher education,this study expounds the historical background and realistic motivation of the reform of teacher educational organization in normal universities by literature review,historical research,and investigation,then summarizes four modes of teacher educational organization,analyzes the predicament and causes of the reform of teacher educational organization,and finally puts forward the feasible reform strategies of teacher educational organization in normal Universities.It is found that the transformation and change of teacher educational institutions is an important content and embodiment of teacher education reform and development,while the reform of teacher educational system will inevitably bring about the change of teacher educational institutions.There is a close relationship between the above.The change is from school to profession taken as the unit to carry out teacher education.So the operation mode change of teacher educational activities will inevitably have an impact on the institutions undertaking teacher educational activities——the organizational structure of teacher educational universities and colleges and the mechanism of teacher education governance,which requires the normal university to reform the teacher educational organizations to adapt to this change.The transformation of teacher education is the result of the joint action of many factors inside and outside.The transformation leads normal university to enter the field of higher education from the field of teacher education,which has an impact on the position of normal university in teacher educational system,on the orientation and strategic choice of normal university,on the position of teacher education in normal university.Facing these challenges,normal university must response to them by the integrative transformation.The integration of normal university leads to the diversification of functions and the duality of development strategies.The university can not raise the power of the whole organization to run teacher education,which requires the change internal organization,the mechanism adjustment of management and operation,and the optimizing of resources allocation,then resulting in the reform of teacher educational organization in normal university.In the framework of “University + College”,the organization mode of teacher education in China has formed four types,i.e.the mode of basic subjects college,the mode of basic subjects college + physical professional college,the mode of basic subjects college + virtual professional college,the mode of physical professional college.Through the investigation,it is found that the problem of teacher education organization is an important content of the reform of teacher education in normal university.There are some obvious problems in teacher educational organization,such as multiple dispersion,lack of resources integration,unclear responsibilities,poor management mechanism,obstructed operation,and limited functions,due to the weakened status of teacher education of normal university in the field of higher education,the increasing resistance of organizational reform by the power game among interest subjects,and the suppression of innovative practice in teacher educational organization by the habits of learning and imitation.To promote the organizational reform of teacher education in normal university,we should take the construction of professional colleges as a breakthrough to rebuild the field of teacher education,optimize the governance structure of teacher education based on the benefit-oriented mechanism,and actively carry out the organizational experiments of teacher education with inclusive wisdom.
