Research On The Development Of Rural Vocational Education In The Process Of New Urbanization

The eighteenth party put forward a proposal of taking the new urbanization road.The new urbanization is the inevitable choice for our country to realize the modernization of the country. The development of rural vocational education is the proper meaning of new urbanization and new urbanization also puts forward the relevant requirements of rural vocational education. Rural vocational education only follow the law of development of new urbanization and meets the needs of education of famers and adapt to the economic development mode, can it get long-term development. This paper expounds the dialectical unification relation between the new urbanization and rural vocational education under the background of the new urbanization. It also analyses the current status and the trend of development of the new urbanization in China and reviews the history of the development of rural vocational education in our country. Moreover, it analyses the current problems existing in the development of rural vocational education in China and the reasons. In full reference based on the experience of rural vocational education in developed countries, the paper advises to change the mind and vigorously develop vocational education in rural areas and adjust the direction of service, repositioning the functions of rural vocational education. The coordinated development adhered to so as to construct the rural vocational education system through out urban and rural areas. The investment in education should be increased so as to improve rural security system of vocational education. The connotation development should be paid more attention so as to improve the quality of education of vocational education in rural areas. The cooperation of the school and enterprise should be promoted so as to play the role of enterprises in the rural vocational education and promote the development of rural vocational education in China.
