The new urbanization is put forward based on the experience of China’s process of urbanization,in order to achieve urbanization with Chinese characteristics, focusing on improving the quality of urbanization.With the implementation of the proposed new urbanization, it will put forward some requirements and changes of other social systems. For education, whether to promote the transfer of rural population or promote urbanization, rural education needs to play an important role. In this situation, as the main body of rural education jthe rural middle school education, and should develop in which kind of value orientation to cope with the current social background,which need education research makers to make theoretical response.By sorting out the relevant literature and in the value orientation of rural middle school education,urbanism and rural doctrine and individualism, they stand in their position and angle, expressed concern to the development of rural education.Its essence is expected to promote the development of rural education through a certain angle, although its reasonable side, but in essence the lack of an overall view and main view.They neither pay much attention to the current all the national and social development needs, there is no need for concern under the background of rural education subject, just from a certain angle to analyze the problem. It is the inevitable result of the extreme, one-sided.Rural middle school education is not only for the development of the city or the countryside, but also can not ignore the needs of society to the pursuit of personal development.So,in reality,the value orientation of a subject or a subject can not point out the direction for the development of rural education, instead, let rural education into confusion and lost the direction of progress.So the value orientation of rural education of Middle School under the new urbanization will inevitably need to rethink, its purpose is comply with the pace of the times, to promote the development of rural education, the better the rural population urbanization and rural social development and progress.Based on the analysis of the background, connotation and significance of the new urbanization, this study tries to explore the value orientation of rural middle school education under the new urbanization, based on the value of the main body of rural middle school education. Our rural middle school has been unable to debate any more about the development of urban or rural, can not fall into a "Involution" argument. We must return to the vision of how to improve the quality of rural population, to protect the rights of rural students to choose the right to live, to achieve the integration of urban and rural development. Admittedly, this is not only by education to solve the problem, but this is the problem of education must be faced, but also the role of education can play a role. Our school education, government evaluation, parents and students are required to be re thinking, design, in order to adapt to the needs of new urbanization.Specifically, our middle school education in rural areas should be reconstructed from the following aspects: rural middle school education objectives, curriculum, teaching, evaluation to think and design to meet the new background is different from the main body of education demand;The government needs to explore the new mode of rural secondary education, change the attitude to support the reconstruction of the value orientation of rural middle school education;For rural students and their parents, they also need to change their attitude, based on the needs of the development of students and reality, to re establish the effectiveness of the evaluation of education standards;Rural students also need to be in the new rural middle school education value orientation, the formation of rural education and self development of identity.
