“The Safflower Evaluation Station” in class is one of material culture,and it has the function of educational evaluation function,which is an important means of the teacher in charge for student evaluation. Subject to choose a positive value orientation to make class’ “The Safflower Evaluation Station” to play a positive function, and vice versa. In the “Safflower Evaluation Station”of designal concept, implementation process and the process evaluation stage of event in accordance with the time clue to trace deep, and playing the further method of open coding and selective coding to extract class " Safflower Evaluation Station " value proposition of the grounded theory.This study have the following conclusions:First, due to the education activities are in the development of the people as the fundamental purpose, class “Safflower Evaluation Station” as a form of education activities, its value orientation should be shown as: to promote the development of people and promote the all-round development of people as value orientation, specific performance for reward safflower standards, implementation process, and the process of evaluation.Second, nature of education and people’s development requirements of the consideration, the “Safflower Evaluation Station” have the characteristics of subjectivity, developmental, and comprehensive.Third, the "people-oriented" concept of “Safflower Evaluation Station” the problems are: one is the “Safflower Evaluation Station”design aspects have deviation; Second, the "red flower" does not exist in the process of implementing with the students for this deviation; Three is the evaluation of the process of the implementation of the “Safflower Evaluation Station” is missing.Fourth, The general search for the implementation of the " Safflower Evaluation Station " in primary school including: schools to set the purpose of the “Safflower Evaluation Station”, strengthen the supervision and management “Safflower Evaluation Station”; The teacher in charge wants to set up the evaluation concept, transform the students evaluation main body, the "red flower" run the rationalization and promote the professional growth of the teacher in charge, including establish specific personal evaluation concept and improve the ability to apply the theory to guide practice, finally to improve the students’ ability of subject consciousness.
