With the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s higher education has transited from "elite education" to "popular education" development, the graduate employment market has also from "seller’s market" to "buyer’s market" in this process, the postgraduateemployment problem began highlight. "Graduate employment as an undergraduate", "the emperor’s daughter also worry about marriage" and other such title gradually appear in newspapers.Currently, enrollment of graduate students is continuing to expand, the number of master’s graduate students is increasing every year, while the job demand is relatively stable, which makes the employment competition of graduate students has become very fierce.Graduate employment is not only the problem of education, but also a social problem, involving every aspect of society.How to make these high-end talent to graduate, go right to work, has become a social problem at present in our country.Based on summing up domestic and foreign research present situation, the theory of human capital and position is obtained theory and other related theories are analyzed and summarized, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, based on the perspective of human capital, firstly in 2014 in Shaanxi Province as the research object,for the master’s graduates questionnaires, using descriptive statistics analysis, analyzing the present human capital of master graduate student graduation and employment;Secondly, with 540 master’s graduate students as a sample survey, from the perspective of human capital, using Logistic regression and multiple linear regressionmodel to make an empirical analysis on Influencing factors of Master graduate student employment,the final to determine the relationship between the factors of human capital and master graduate student employment, and the degree of influence of different factors of human capital the master graduate student employment;Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical studies, make relevant suggestions to promote job-seekers can be fully prepared for a smooth entry into the labor market, to take a scientific behavior in the job search process, in order to increase employment possibilities and quality of employment,but also for the related department and the college graduate employment policy formulation related to provide valuable reference.
