International students’ education in China, highly recognized by the Chinese Communist Party and our state leaders, is conducted by the Chinese Ministry of Education under the guidance of the scientific development concepts. The system of accepting international students to study in China has been gradually established by following the principles ‘expand the scale, enhance the level, ensure the quality, and standardize the management’. A large number of talents and personnel in science and technology, education, diplomacy and management have been trained by China for many countries, especially other developing countries. This has made positive contributions to establishing and consolidating the political, diplomatic and economic relations and cultural, education and personnel exchanges between China and the outside world. At the same time, international students learn and understand the essence of the profound Chinese culture while studying in China, which has a strategic significance in improving China’s soft power and its realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The Chinese government has always considered the international exchanges and cooperation as an important channel to showcase China to the world. As an important part of China’s international exchanges and cooperation, the education of international students in China is a vital manifestation of China’ higher education moving towards the standards of international quality education.Under the globalization, strengthening international students’ education is an inevitable trend in the development of international exchange and cooperation. Meanwhile, with an increasing number of international students to study in China, more related problems will also emerge. Therefore, in order to accommodate to the changes in international students’ education, the importance of international students’ education management has become increasingly prominent.This paper describes the history and current situation in international students’ education in China, summarizes the issues arising from management of the international students’ education, and proposes measures and suggestions from the perspectives of admissions, teaching, and logistics. This paper mainly uses literature research, comparative research, investigation research, and inductive research methods. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter introduces the research background and the significance and defines the concepts in the field of management of international students’ education. The second chapter summarizes the development of international students’ education in China and expounded the basic elements, evolution and significance of management of the international students’ education. The third chapter describes the basic conditions for A University to develop the education for overseas students. The fourth chapter elaborates the problems existing in the management of international students’ education at A University. The fifth chapter, based on the analysis in the previous chapters, puts forward the measures to improve the management of international students’ education at A University.
