Study On Management Problems And Countermeasures From International Undergraduate Students At Medical Universities

The internationalization of education is not only an inevitable trend of global educational development,but also an important method by which countries can compete for talent.China's international education programs may have started later than their counterparts in Western developed countries,but the swift pace of China's economy has spurred rapid development of its international education programs.This has especially been true in the post-2000 era,during which the Education Ministry published multiple policy documents in succession,including "Essential Points of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" and "Plan for Studying Abroad in China," encouraging institutions of higher education to develop international education programs.Separately,the spread of disease and the sudden emergence of health issues have caused the world to pay greater attention to health and medical services.Medical international education is an important component of international education and has also increasingly been valued by all countries across the world.The number of international students in higher education has been increasing on a daily basis alongside the unceasing internationalization of higher education.Ensuring that this burgeoning student body receives excellent international student services and educational guarantees has become a hot topic of international education research.We will survey the existing literature to understand the work involved in international education management as well as the development of medical international education and the current state of its management both at home and abroad.And then,after organizing the developmental history of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and the current state of its management,we will use interviews and surveys with both instructors and international students to lay out problems present in the school's international education management.Finally,we will study foreign and domestic international education and medical international education's latest management styles and methods from three parts:enrollment advertisement,teaching management,student affairs.Through the exploration of management techniques suitable for China's medical institutions of higher education,we hope to improve China's medical international education,realize our goal of fostering excellent and internationally-connected talent,and reach our aim of attaining a stable and sustainable pace of development for China's medical international education and increasing the competitiveness and influence ofChina's medical education on the international stage.
