Research Of Collaborative Development Of Trade In Services Among Beijing Tianjin And Hebei

With the Strengthen of economic globalization, international trade in services has beenbooming, a new round of international industrial transfer which is service-oriented has kickedoff, countries regard the development of trade in services as a new growth point forstimulating economic development. As a growth pole of northern China’s economic,regional cooperation of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei has entered a substantial stage ofdevelopment. In the new background of international economic, Beijing Tianjin and Hebeishould seize this rare opportunity to find new entry points for further close cooperation. Inthis background, this paper has fully reflected the development of service trade in BeijingTianjin and Hebei which as a basis, explored the feasibility of the collaborative developmentof trade in services in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei which as a core, search the achieve path tocollaborative development of trade in services of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei which as a mainline, to analyse the achievable conditions and the implementation of the path of collaborativedevelopment of trade in services of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei which is in multi-level analyticsuch as theory, reality, and empirica, and then proposed safeguards to promote it. The purposeof this study is to explore a way how to make a promotion of regional integration of BeijingTianjin and Hebei by accelerating the collaborative development of trade in services ofBeijing Tianjin and Hebei.This paper analyzes the status of service trade development in the integration of BeijingTianjin and Hebei, as well as realistic conditions for collaborative development existed inBeijing Tianjin and Hebei. This paper makes a position for each region of Beijing Tianjin andHebei in the collaborative development of trade in services that Beijing should navigate thedevelopment of education, information transmission, financial and cultural trade in services;Tianjin logistics of positioning development, software outsourcing, trade in services; HebeiProvince should develop tourism, project contracting and labor service export trade incommercial services. On the basis of analysing the trend and feasibility of joint developmentof trade in services in Beijing Tianjin and Bebei, this paper gives the path of development. In the view of industrial transfer, in the process of transfering to a modern service trade, Beijingshould diverse low value-added services trade to Hebei; In the view of extending theindustrial chain, some outsourcing activities should transfer to Hebei; In the view of closerintegration, make a full range of integration of trade in tourism services, transport servicesand financial services, improving the space of cooperation in these areas of trade in services.
