At the beginning of1980’s,since the rise of Japanese enterprise, people begin tonotice the importance of enterprise culture. Different culture makes enterprise present adifferent characteristic from other enterprises. What’s more, enterprise culture is the strongdriving force to promote enterprise development. The state-owned assets supervision andadministration commission of the state council sasac central enterprise enterprise cultureconstruction work always attaches great importance to, do well the scholars from renminenterprise culture construction in deepening the reform of the management system ofstate-owned assets and to promote the central enterprise reform, development and stability,have very important sense.Firstly, the paper describes the significance of the enterprise culture tothe central enterprises in the introduction. Then, the first chapter introduces the enterpriseculture theoretical background, content and function. At the end, the paper analysis themisunderstandings and the main problem of the practice during the building of China’s centerenterprises’ culture. To solve these problems the paper also gives advice that the enterpriseshould establish the people-oriented core concept; make the rational orientation and strategy;play the leading role of entrepreneur; establish a learning organization and so on. If thechina’s central enterprises want to get a considerable development in the modern era, theyshould abandon the anachronistic development values and behavior. Through building vibrantcorporate culture, changing entrepreneurs and workers way of thinking, improving thecreativity of workers and enterprises cohesion to make the Chinese center enterprises becamestronger in the world.
