Putting forward the idea of benefit-sharing, to solve problems encountered in the development of Chinese society today, and is conducive to building harmony of interests of the population distribution of benefits, social progress and sustainable economic development.On shared interests, the Western scholars believe that the interests of the allocation process, labor, capital, land and other production factors should participate in. Domestic scholars believe that the shared interests of our country at this stage must recognize the rights of labor or capital to share the benefits created by labor involved in the distribution of surplus value of the enterprise.But we clearly see that the distribution of the interests of our country at this stage has a significant urban-rural differences and regional differences, and even class differences. The combination of efficiency and fairness is not in place, labor, and other factors are involved in the distribution of opportunities are not equal, the value created by capital, land, power-sharing has not fully realized. Especially in rural areas, accounting for50.32percent of China’s population groups, to participate in the more limited rights to the distribution of benefits and benefit-sharing rights generally missing. The performance of the most important of which is insufficient employment opportunities, education lags behind agricultural operation system is incomplete the "residual claim" weakening that lead to the levels of disposable income is not high. This not only affects the sustainability of rural residents’ consumption to expand domestic demand to promote economic development, but also the overall advancement of China’s modernization pace, raised important challenges to achieve common prosperity.Therefore, the article based on disposable income of rural residents in the reality of a study by using comparative analysis, qualitative analysis, document analysis, and to build a chart to absorb the essence of the ideas of shared interests, shared provide a theoretical basis for China’s rural residents to participate in the interests of support and countermeasures. Rural residents, combing the policy in favor of the shared interests of our country since the founding of1949. Based on the income status of rural residents, the impact of the increased income of rural residents. These four aspects of wage income, business income, property income and transferred income to explore how to better use of production factors such as labor, land, human resources and capital to participate in national income initial distribution and redistribution Especially under the premise of shared interests, to try to establish a distribution mechanism the integration mechanism with a compensation mechanism linkage to each other sharing mechanism of the overall system. And employment opportunities increase, the quality of the rural labor force to improve agricultural management system market and the innovation of agricultural science and technology, land ownership system of land transactions normative fiscal policy to support the rural financial market development, rural infrastructure and social security system construction recommendations, and gradually increase the level of disposable income of rural residents.
