A Study On The Development Of Technology-based Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In JNEDA

With the development of world economy, the progress of science andtechnology and the new great changes of social division of labor, polarization of theenterprises’ development scale has become a trend during evolution of enterprisesorganization in the modern economy. SME, especially technology-based SME havebeen the most important part of the modern economy system and their proportion aswell as effects in the growth of national economy is more and more big. Thedevelopment of technology-based SME has been paid great attention in more andmore countries, and many kinds of supporting policies have been come out during thedevelopment process of technology-based SME in China.On the basis of summarization of policies for technology-based SME’sdevelopment at home and abroad, advanced experiences have been summarized andseries of policies for promoting the development of technology-based SME in Jinnandistrict, Tianjin have benn analyzed with the method of combining theory withpractice in this thesis. The analyasis of actual situation of technology-based SME’sdevelopment in JNEDA have been made and development direction in future hasbeen pointed out in view of existing problems and shortages.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction partwhich briefly introduces the research background and significance of this paper andmakes a brief description of this research ideas and methods of basic research. Thesecond chapter elaborates the development policy of foreign scientific andtechnological small and medium-sized enterprises. n this chapter introduces somedomestic and foreign successful development policies, summed up the valuable placeto study. he third chapter summarizes the current situation of the development ofpolicy in Jinnan District scientific and technological small and medium-sizedenterprises, and analyses the effect and the existing problems from the aspects of. Thefourth chapter analyzes the Jinnan Economic Development Zone, science andtechnology small and medium-sized enterprise development present situation,achievements and existing problems. The fifth chapter is the summary of the paper,puts forward the future science and technology in Jinnan Economic DevelopmentZone, the small and medium-sized enterprise development direction. This thesis is to analyze present situation of technology-based SME’sdevelopment in JNEDA and put forward development direction in future on the basisof taking development experiences of technology-based SME at abroad as reference,and combining policies to promoting development of technology-based SME inJinnan district.
