Performance management is one of the core of enterprise human resourcesmanagement function, build a scientific, fair and efficient performance managementsystem is to improve the employee motivation and productivity of the company, at thesame time, the study of the problem also has strong practical significance.Performance management is the carrier of enterprise strategic ground, buildperfect performance management system can improve the overall management level,to carry out the management responsibility, to attract and maintain a high qualitymanagement team, to motivate all employees play to team spirit, stimulate staff’swork, improve production efficiency, promote the high-level management personnelconstantly improve the level of performance and overall quality, to achieve theenterprise overall operating goals.This article expounds the theory of performance management at home andabroad, methods, and studies the general situation of application in HD company asobject, the performance management system is studied. Aimed at the currentproblems existing in the performance management of HD company, specific issueconcrete analysis, the integrated use of the balanced scorecard method, KPI to importtechnology, target management, performance management methods, in the enterprisethrough the strategic design, organization and management mode, on the basis ofrevolution to realize the whole business process optimization, performancemanagement system for the overall planning and systematic construction, andmultiple levels of performance management in the enterprise business processconduct in-depth analysis, proposed the KPI key indicators as the core, classification,formulate ideas of assessment index, and put forward the concrete work plan andimplement measures, in order to establish and improve the efficiency, scientific, fairand objective of the enterprise performance management system.This article obtains from the performance management, combined with theactual situation of HD company, to build a more efficient, scientific performancemanagement system. The hope for relevant enterprises have certain referencesignificance.
