Research On The Influnce Factors And Evaluation Model Of Knowledge Transfer Efficiency Of CoPS R&D Project

Knowledge transfer is an important part of knowledge management, studies have shown thatefficient knowledge transfer will greatly promote technology innovation and improve the R&Dperformance. The characters that involves wide knowledge fields and higher knowledge contentgreatly improved the difficulty of research and development of Complex Product System (CoPS).During the CoPS development process, various knowledge exist in different project teams, so theremust be knowledge transfer between project teams. The problems that what are the main influencingfactors and how to evaluate knowledge transfer performance are the main research purpose of thispaper.This paper mainly solve the following three problems: first, what are the main knowledgetransfer influencing factors under the background of CoPS R&D project; second, what are the mainevaluation index of knowledge transfer performance between project teams; third, how to quantitativeevaluate the knowledge transfer performance.In the part of the analysis of affecting factors, it firstly gives influencing factors according toexisting research results and the characters of CoPS R&D project. Then, this paper puts forward thatthe factors that knowledge transfer willingness and capacity, the original knowledge accumulation,knowledge characters (tacit, complexity), technical equipment level, transfer support degree, size ofthe organization and discount rate are key factors should be focused based on the AHP analysis.In the knowledge transfer effectiveness research part, this paper point out that it can use theknowledge transfer efficiency(depth and breadth), receiver’s knowledge accumulation and net incometo evaluate the knowledge transfer performance. According to the existing research results and therelation between the influencing factors and knowledge transfer effectiveness analyzed, this paperobtained the evaluation models and point out how to use this models to guide the actual knowledgetransfer activities after the simulation analysis.
