With the advent of "post-crisis" era, the world economy is showing signs ofrecovery, but there are still a lot of uncertainty and instability. China’s privateenterprises confront all kind of new challenges including increasing fierce marketcompetition from global market, and changed domestic enterprise survivalenvironments, enterprises have no other choices but to promote their owncompetitiveness to gain a foothold in the market. Presently, China’s privateenterprises are in a critical period of development, excellent staff is the soul, goodemployees can create more benefits for the enterprise, to improve and refineenterprise’s incentive system, is an important choice to attract and retain talent. Asystematic and effective motivation mechanism will result in helping the company toachieve its strategic goals, and solve the possible lack of talent issue for companycontinuous development.Based on this, the thesis uses GP corporation as the research object, makes asystematic study on its staff incentives. By investigating the actual incentives situationof GP corporation, the thesis summarized the deficiencies and problems exist inprevious GP incentive system. Integrated the research methods of literature, caseanalysis, questionnaires survey, etc., combined with the actual situation of GPcorporation, the thesis optimizes the staff incentive system. During this re-designingprocess, the orienting of employee motivation payment system is the basis tore-construct the model, incentive elements as remuneration, training, career planning,are built into the new incentive programs, to achieve the expected appropriateincentive outcomes, new system is applied in GP corporation, and based on actualcase implementation states, the thesis provides some guidance and measurements onpractice to help a smooth implementation.
