Endogenous Associated Mechanism Between China’s Energy Security And Energy Consumption Structure In China And Countermeasures

Energy is an indispensable basic reason for the survival of mankind, economic,development, social progress and the advancement of modern civilization, animportant strategic material in relation with the country’ s economy and nationaldefense and security. Therefore, energy plays a vital role in the modernizationconstruction. Since China has entered the stage of industrialization development alongwith many fundamental changes in such fields as economy and society, the sector ofenergy is also facing a variety of challenges, which will consequently lead to changesin the consumption, efficiency and production structure of energy. To make scientificanalysis and forecast on energy security and energy consumption structure，transformation of energy efficiency and the strategy for the development of cleanenergy in China is of important significance for the formulation of proper energydevelopment planning.This text, based on the analysis on the current situation of energy developmentin China and the rest of the world, makes simulation and decision analysis, combiningwith relative principles of economics, on issues in relation with the mechanismbetween energy security and consumption structure in China as the following presents:On the basis of previous research, choose the major influencing factors of energysecurity and consumption structure with grey theory. After that, make sure that astable relationship exists between energy security and consumption structure in China.At last, a system dynamic model has been built. Their mechanism was tested in themodel with macro data imported into it. And that’s the difference from the previousstudy on the same theme, which used regression analysis.Based on the above research, the results show that:The improvement of energy consumption structure makes significant impact onenergy consumption, which then makes distinct impact on energy security. From theopposite angle, improvement of energy security can affect energy consumptionstructure through influencing energy consumption in a certain extent. A series ofcountermeasures has been proposed to improve current situation of energy in China.
