Nowadays, under the background of urbanization in China, the construction industry usheredin the golden age of its development, but many powerful enterprises to enter the industry, whichmeans a greater competitive pressures building enterprises.Also, due to the complexity of theexistence of management of construction enterprises themselves, the strategic management leveland higher requirements.Huaheng Construction Group as a strength of more than ten yearsexperience developing relatively strong construction companies, under the new situation, in orderto better cope with the challenges of rapid and smooth realization of their own sustainabledevelopment, explore and improve the Group’s strategic management an effective way to findstrategies for enterprise development now and in the future, has become a significant issue andgreat research value.In this paper, the research has both the theoretical and practical meaning.In the specific study, we use the method of theoretical analysis and case study analysis of thecombination, the first building on the current situation huaheng Group’s development is analyzed,pointing out huaheng Construction Group and causes of the problem now, a clear corporatestrategy for building huaheng Group necessity.On this basis, the use of a PEST analysis andSWOT analysis combine to conduct PEST analysis from politics, economy, society, technologythese four aspects, while, from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the fouraspects of SWOT analysis, huaheng profound analysis of the external environment andconstruction Group ’s internal environment.Integrate theory with practice, proposed alternativeshuaheng Construction Group development strategy, and ultimately come to Hua HengConstruction Group has strengths and weaknesses on this basis, and accordingly determine thestrategic positioning huaheng Construction Group, strategic objectives, clear the company ’smission, vision, values, development model.Finally, the article further implementation of therecommendations made huaheng Construction Group development strategy of safeguard measures:improving the organizational structure of the company, to prevent capital risk, the role of humanresources, focus on corporate culture, to co-ordinate the implementation of these aspects,multi-pronged approach.
