With the rapid development of information technology, the application ofinformation technology has changed the traditional enterprise business processes andwork methods, enterprise information technology becomes an inevitable trend of theenterprise development; meanwhile, with the market diversification and consumerdemand for personalized, traditional mass production can’t adapt to the changes inmarket demand, Lean production with varieties and small batch production is insteadof mass production to become the mainstream of the production. How to combineapplication of enterprise information technology and Lean production and to be aLean production with information technology, it becomes more and more corporatelearning and research content, it is also the purpose and content of this thesis.This paper researches the lean production management of informationtechnology of H Company, the research core is the implement process and method ofthe company’s lean production management of information technology. The paper isdivided into six parts, the first part is the introduction of the thesis, the significanceof research is talked about and the research situation at home and abroad isintroduced in this part; the second part is an overview of lean production theory,including the concept of lean production and techniques of lean manufacturing; thethird part presents the possibility analysis of implementing lean production ofinformation technology to H company and the proposed implementation of theprogram; the forth part describes the implementation process of lean production ofinformation technology in H company, which includes order fulfillment architectureoptimization, inventory optimization, supply chain and procurement optimization,process reengineering; the fifth part presents the workshop information managementsystem developed by H company to strongly support lean production, it makes thestandard workflow and Kanban management after reengineering the process; the lastpart is to evaluate the effect after H company implemented lean production ofinformation technology and make some discussions in advanced.Comparing with the situation before and after implementation of leanproduction of information technology, it was found that H company had made greatprogress on the change of workshop management, lead time shorten, production sitearea reduced, improving production efficiency, inventory reduced and so on, the achievement of the program is valued. The methods and ideas gained after Hcompany implemented lean production of information technology have an importantsignificance to guide the other company that will carry out lean production ofinformation technology. however, due to the different company has the difference inbusiness background, such as culture, environment, product characteristics and staffquality, the implementation method is not exact same among the differencecompanies, the company must choose the methods according with owncharacteristics and condition while implementing the lean production of informationtechnology, it can’t be applied mechanically.
