Among the about200years from the time when the first modern enterprise wasestablished in Britain till now, enterprise management developed from experiencemanagement, scientific management to corporate culture management. Nowadays,with development of economic globalization, competitions among enterprises arebecoming stiffer. Corporate culture management is emphasized day by day.Enhancing corporate culture construction and making best use of corporate culture’sleading effects are indispensable important parts of modern enterprise’s corecompetiveness. The21st century shall be a times of corporate culture managementand also a times of success through corporate culture management.According to corporate culture concept and theories, this paper summarizes theway of making full use of corporate culture through the corporate culture constructionof JHFD Company. Hope it will be beneficial to the corporate culture construction ofother emprises (especially newly established enterprises).The paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the course of putting forward the concept of corporateculture, and sets forth the management problem faced by JHFD Company anddescribes the preliminary scheme of corporate culture construction. The second partintroduces the concept and effects of corporate culture, analyses the problem from acorporate culture point of view and construes the content of corporate cultureconstruction from four levels.The third part describes the corporate culture investigation of JHFD Company,including overall design of the investigation, the qualitative and quantitative analysisof the investigation results, the general conclusion of the investigation.The forth part discusses the corporate culture construction of JHFD Company,including the principles and path of corporate culture construction, the design ofcorporate culture system, the integration of corporate culture and managementactivities, and publicizing and implementation of corporate culture.The fifth part introduces the effects of JHFD Company’s corporate cultureconstruction. The ideas of the employees united and team cohesion was greatlyenhanced. The construction of the power generation units was promoted efficiently. The company set a new record of construction period in the nation. It adopted acomprehensive budget and responsible cost management method and fulfilled thetarget of reducing5%project post. It innovated a safety management way andrealized zero accident object. The corporate culture construction also won recognitionand fame for the company.Some enlightenment can be gained from JHFD Company’s corporate cultureconstruction. Enterprise leaders play key roles in corporate culture construction. Fullparticipation of staff and workers is very import. Enterprises should adhere to theprinciple of taking staff and workers as the foremost. Only by combining enterprisemanagement systems, activities with corporate culture together can corporate cultureplay its leading role and effects well.
