| In "Twelve Five" period， an important development direction of China is tocontinue to promote urbanization while optimizing the industrial structure. Ongoingurbanization has injected new vitality to China’s economic development, but the resultingproblems also brings challenges to the city manager."Inclusive Development" is aimed toachieve the balance of economic development，urbanization and social development, itpointed out the direction for the development of urbanization in China.Since the proposal of the construction of new urbanization in2012, papers exploringhow have been constantly seen in the media. However, the current discussions are mostlyconcentrated in the institutional reform of the household registration system and land forurbanization, while the calls for industry support required is relatively small.First, the article constructs evaluation index of the industrial structure under newurbanization, including sophistication indicators, structural indicators and inclusiveindicators. Secondly, the article analyzed sophistication index and structure indicators onthe base of AHP. Concluded that whether structural indicators or sophistication index,Chongqing is lagging far behind of Shanghai.Once again, Chongqing’s industrial structure inclusive indicators were analyzedbased on AHP and input-output method. Chongqing has lagged far behind Shanghai on aseries of indicators of agriculture, education, health care, social security and the Ginicoefficient. Related industries in Chongqing are still in the original model, remaining atthe states of government intervention, and then the close relationship between upstreamand downstream is difficult to generate reasonable efficiency of resources, that means atremendous waste for the community resource.Finally, according to the results of the analysis, put up the policy recommendationsand implementation path... |
