In2009, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the thirdgeneration of mobile communication business licenses, which declared that the3Gera of China officially coming!2014is the first year of4G era, China mobile lead tostart the construction and development of4G. In the4G era,data flow will be rapiddevelopment.The operators will firm profit by flow operation. Mobile phone is animportant way to bound the user.Because of the high penetration rate and wide useof mobile phone,bound the user by the promotion of mobile phone is the best way ofenhance the user’s consumption and net time.It also can effectively maintain thecustomer.To sum up,sale mobile can maintain the stock income, and rate can openup new income for the operators.Therefore,research on the cooperative marketing ofmobile phone and flow is very important to the operators.Firstly, through the collation and analysis of literature and research materials,determine the research background, the significance of this paper, the researchpurpose and research ideas. Analyze the market competition characteristic of mobilephone products and flow consumption, put forward the marketing model of thispaper. Then combine with the regional market situation in A area of Nanchangmobile, analyze the marketing mode of mobile phone and flow operations processunder different market status.And then,combine with the specific conception ofmarketing model aimed at the actual problem. Finally, make the feasible suggestionsand countermeasures combine with the7P principle to explore solutions.Conclude the whole paper, by use the large mobile customers group and thecharacteristic that flow habits are not easily affected by cooperation, let more usersdevelop the habit of using flow in the process of using mobile phone for flowoperation. At the same time, analyze customer behavior through mining the flowdata.The way can lead to more targeted for mobile phone marketing.Let more andmore users to use intelligent mobile phone.It will accelerate the development of3Gand4G intelligent mobile phone. The author hopes that this study can provide new ideas of the operation for mobile phone and the flow in all the area of MobileCorporation,it also can promote the development of Mobile Corporation.
