After the impact of the2008global financial crisis, companies are facing more intensecompetition in the market. The requirement of the market for enterprises is to deliver a highquality modern products more convenient to customers. Therefore, more and moreinternational companies pay attention to upstream resources in the supply chain management-vendor management, thereby increasing customer satisfaction, improve economic efficiencyand strengthen competitive advantage.This article focuses on the combination of supply chain and supplier managementtheory, introduced the basic situation of the Group A supply management, use SWOTto analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Group A supplymanagement and the relevant methods to solve these problems, and then introduced thenecessity of supplier management; using empirical methods and analysis charts to show howis the introduction of the suppliers, assessment and selection; with the combination of thetheoretical framework of the Balanced Score card to analyze the customer and internalprocess strategic objectives of the Group A and the performance assessment indicators aroundthese strategic objectives set for the supplier management; Finally is the introduction ofGroup A how to maintain continuity of supplier performance and how to effectively motivateand develop suppliers.Due to the problem occurred on selecting suppliers with subjective factors and the lackof objective evidence, This article focuses on how to improve the Group A vendor accessmechanism through the composite indicator; focuses on the Group A how to conduct acomprehensive assessment of the supplier through qualitative and quantitative indicators tosolve the drawbacks of only assessing suppliers with single price and delivery indicators.Through study, to develop a line with the company’s actual situation, the mechanismwhich is consistent with the company’s development strategy is particularly important forsupplier selection and evaluation assessment,also providing the guideline for the furtherdevelopment of the Group A supply management and supplier management, also by Thisstudy it can also provide a reference guide for many domestic export enterprises to showhow to have a better cooperation with international renowned supermarkets.
