| At present, China’s real estate development is at a critical period of structural change andeven in the face of re-ranking under the national macro-control policies.G real estate companyis one of the largest real estate companies in China, after30years of development, G hasbecome the top line brand in property business. With the advent of industry transition period,G company is facing internal pressure to improve management and operation. Therefore, theimplementation of knowledge management strategies, integration of resources and to gain acompetitive advantage have become important initiatives to maintain the steady developmentof corporate enterprises.Based on the internal and external environment that G Real Estate Company is facingduring the expansion process, this thesis analyzes the status of G’s knowledge managementstrategy implementation and operation of the contents of in-depth analysis of knowledgemanagement and knowledge management aspects of support on the basis offactors.Combined with other management, cultural, and technological factors matter, thisthesis develops implementation strategies which operate all aspects of knowledgemanagement. What is more, it develops an implementabale, theoretical and practicaltheory-based knowledge management system of corporate strategy implementation.The author hopes that by writing this subject, the Real Estate knowledge managementstrategy, knowledge work running and knowledge management strategy implementationfactors could be explored.
