With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, the majority of real estate enterprises only focus on the benefit, resulting in the management of human resource investment is relatively weak. In face of this situation, the human resource department of the real estate enterprises is facing the big problem that how to motivate intelligent workers’working efficiency and enthusiasm and to create greater value for the enterprises.At present, China’s real estate industry is in a period of great transition. And the competition of the market is becoming fierce increasingly. To enable the enterprise to have a strong market competitiveness, talent resources for enterprises must be excellent. Intelligent worker as the new group is gradually replacing the traditional sense of staff and is becoming the fundamental driving force for the enterprise development. It is their great potential of knowledge, creativity and self-development demand that make them valuable. Instead of incenting the intelligent employees by traditional sense of human cost, the enterprise should use this kind of human resource as an investment.This article starts with the present situation of the brain drain in the real estate industry enterprise and deeply analysis the cause of this issue. Then it summarizes the intelligent workers’characteristics and needs, and researches the methods of different incentive strategies at home and abroad in the past. Combined with the characteristics of real estate enterprises, this article makes an exploratory design of comprehensive incentive measures for the intelligent employees of real estate industry.This set of incentives illustrated its ideas by five different aspects:salary incentive, performance assessment incentive, training incentive, occupation career development management incentive and corporate culture incentive. The five aspects above not only establish their own system but also form a complete incentive system to the intelligent workers of real estate enterprise. Every aspect is close associated with the internal and external needs of the intelligent employees which could encourage those staffs effectively.At the same time, an information platform for the intelligent worker should be established as a good communication channel to make the staff keeps in contact with the company, so that the enterprise can grasp the staffs’state and demands. Also the intelligent employees can be more aware of their development and their value in the enterprise.By this study, the author hopes it can provide help and reference to the construction of the motivation and incentive mechanism to the intelligent workers in real estate enterprise...
