Improve The New Rural Endowment Insurance System Of Henan Province

Building the rural social pension system is an important part of the establishment of the social security system in China. The thesis expounds theories concerning social pension system, identifies the necessity and feasibility of establishing the rural social pension system in Henan by analyzing the rural economic and social development of Henan Province. Meanwhile, it makes detailed introduction and analysis of the development course of the rural pension system established in Henan, and the contents and advantages and disadvantages of its current pattern. The thesis also summarizes and nalyzes existing problems in the work of building the new type of pension system in Henan. At present, the new rural social pension system in Jiangsu has not yet taken shape. Therefore, to respond to impact brought by market economy and accelerated urbanization, and in accordance with building a harmonious society, we need to continuously improve the rural social pension system of Henan. In improving and perfecting the new type of rural social pension system for Henan, we should proceed from the actual situation, consider possibilities in reality, and handle properly relations between rural social pension and economic and social development and many other aspects, so as to come up with a social pension system with different patterns in accordance with economic differences among rural regions and varying means of employment of rural residents. At the same time, we should also future, and strive to lay a solid foundation for establishing a consider the long-term scientific, systematic, standardized, integrated urban-rural and unified social pension province.
