Twenty-first Century’s competition, in the final analysis，is the competition ofcore staff. How to select, cultivate, use and retain core staff is a long-term problemthat the enterprise must pay attention to. It’s a big challenge for ZOOMLIONEnvironmental Industry Company, one of the five pillar industries of ZOOMLION, tomanage its core employees to expend its size form5billion to10. Therefore, thispaper has important theoretical significance and practical value to study on themanagement strategy of the core staff in ZOOMLION Environmental IndustryCompany.Based on the review of the human resource theory, core competence theory,management motivation theory, humanity hypothesis theory and relevant literatures,this paper makes an accurate and applicable definition of core staff, and points out theproblems of ZOOMLION Environmental Industry Company in its core staffmanagement by comprehensive investigation and systematic analysis. The mainproblems are its unperfect selection mechanism and training system, the lack ofreasonable incentive, and we also analysis the resons from these aspects. According tothese problems, this paper makes the plan to improve the level of core staffmanagement, including identifying key positions, personnel qualification assessmentscheme, the core staff selection, training and inspiration. In order to ensure theeffective implementation of the design, this paper puts forward the core staffmanagement system from the aspects of organization, system, culture and so on, andestablishes the corresponding risk prevention mechanism.The conclusion of this paper has important reference value to improve the corestaff management level of ZOOMLION Environmental Industry Company; it also hasthe referemce significance for enterprises in the same industry to manage the corestaff.
