Since China’s accession to the WTO, import and export trade scale escalatesrapidly to directly stimulate the container logistics business. Z Company seized thisopportunity and rise rapidly. In ZB area Z Company has already become the containerlogistics enterprise with strong competitiveness. In recent years, as many enterprisesenter the container logistics industry, the market competition gets more and moreintense and the industrial profit margins gradually go down, so the red-bloodcompetition can’t last. Z Company realizes deeply that the competition paradigm incontainer logistics business is transforming from low-price caused by low-cost tocustomer value that leads to customer satisfaction. Therefore, Z Company can win theindustrial competition through the co-opetition strategy planning that can integratefirst-class logistics resources to provide excellent logistics service.This paper takes the co-opetition strategy of Z Company container logisticsbusiness as researching content. Firstly, analyze the status and trends of containerlogistics business and prove the industrial background for the study; secondly, discussthe development status and the advantages of Z company logistics business andspecially analyze the present situation and the inside problem of the co-opetitionstrategy to point out the direction for future strategic improvement, such as the lack ofthe co-opetition strategy idea, the non-clear co-opetition strategy planning, the lowembedness in co-opetition relationship, the single co-opetition relationship style andthe limited used competing advantages; thirdly plan the new co-opetition strategy of ZCompany and based on the principle, direction and goal of new co-opetition strategydesign the co-opetition strategy of the industrial chain upstream, the industrial chaindownstream, the industrial chain horizon and the industrial complementation to buildthe co-opetition value network with powerful competitiveness of Z Company; finallyclarify the executive process of co-opetition strategy, provide synthetic safeguardmeasures with the multi-angle including organization, training, risk and culture, andgive the strategic control of the whole executive process to ensure unbiasedimplementation. In order to intensify the company competitiveness and promote the earnings,themain contributions of this paper are: take the container logistics enterprise as anexample for the first time, radically plan the co-opetition strategy, adopt thevalue-network construction, build the logistics service platform and move forwardalong co-opetition strategy to construct the industrial value network with powerfulcompetitiveness.
