Study On Reform Of Mode Of Production Of Traditional Industry Under The Influence Of Network Economy

The development of information technology lead the human into the eraof network economy, it changes the mode of production and the way of life. Atthe same time, great changes have taken place in the business model of thetraditional industry, organizational structure, marketing strategy, which is bothopportunity and challenge to the traditional industry. Based on the backgroundof network economy, this paper used the classic principle on productivity andproduction relations of Marxist political economics to study the changes aboutthe mode of production of the traditional industry under the influence ofnetwork economy. This article begins with the influence of network economyto productivity of traditional industry, more detailed analysis of the reform inproduction relations of traditional industry caused by productivity oftraditional industry, on this basis, further reveals changes in the mode ofproduction of traditional industry, the purpose is to find the better way ofnetwork economy combined with traditional industry.From the aspect of productivity, key productive factors of traditionalindustry have been expanded, the form of productivity of traditional industryhas been evolved. The development of network economy further deepen thekey productive factors of traditional industry, which include labors, means oflabor, object of labor and production management, it makes the productivity oftraditional industry improve to new height, therefore, the new productivityfactors as a major factor in driving economic growth, network economybecomes the main reason for optimizing the economic structure of traditionalindustry, and information industry has become core force at leading industryupgrading.In the production relations of traditional industry, the employment pattern and distribution mode of traditional industry have changed, it focuses on fouraspects of production relations, which are intelligent production, knowledgedistribution, information exchange and virtual consumption. This makes thetraditional industry’s ownership relations conform to the requirements ofsocialist ownership relations, meanwhile, the management mode withinenterprise is becoming democratized.Network economy acts on traditional industry, it constitutes themovement of the unity of opposites on productivity and production relations ofthe traditional industry, and promotes the mode of production of traditionalindustry. That makes the tendency on integration of the means of productionand labor more obvious, the forms of organization more flexible anddiversified.Based on the analysis of transformation on the mode of production oftraditional industry under the condition of network economy, proposed usinginternet of things to promote the mode of production of agriculture, ande-commerce to act on commercial and service sectors, which makes the modeof production innovate, thus promoting traditional industry.The huge change brought by network economy requires traditionalindustry must deal with the competition and challenge. Traditional industryshould adapt to the request of the productivity and production relations’reform.They must strengthen information technology, promote the modernization ofenterprise management and organizational structure, use network to constantlyenhance their competitiveness, through the way such as protecting rights oflabor, regulating income gap to response the change on production relationsbrought by the network economy.
