ABSTRACT:Thanks to the reform and open to the outside world, Guangdong province has witnessed its sustained and rapid economic growth. Small and medium-sized private enterprises (SME) from different industries and trades have achieved more than80%of GDP, however, most of these enterprises have not survived in the long run which rooted in multiple factors; one of the crucial reasons is the human resource (HR) management model, for which training is not deployed appropriately. What the competition for enterprises in21st century is eventually the one of competent personnel, and training is the source of enterprise’s talents infusion and the base of HR deployment.HR management directly decides the development of one enterprise; hence, it’s quite salient to establish a training system thoroughly and to implement the system substantially for SME to maintain a favorable position in the market competition. The development of SME in Guangdong Province is in the lead in China and also contributes a lot to GDP of Guangdong. In this thesis, Z enterprise is selected as the object of study, and training of its HR management, is analyzed in detail to find out the problems and defects existing in training. In Z enterprise training exist (1) the high staff turnover;(2) training can’t reduce production accident effectively;(3) the quality of employees cannot be improved, the four major issues be analyzed.For Z enterprise, problems are attributed to weak training system, lacking of analysis on training requirement, unprofessional trainers etc..To improve the training work in Z enterprise, the leaders shall gradually change their ideas, attach sufficient importance to training work and organize better culture construction in order to prepare for the better change thoroughly from the ideological roots and then implement concrete optimizing measures. Absorb the forming study results, and use scientific theories and successful cases for reference, rational improving and managing resolutions are stated for Z enterprise in this thesis to enhance and advance its HR management, enrich its HR management theories and efficiency and deepen the core competence of Z enterprise. Meanwhile, by combining the HR management theories with the actual development of SME in China, offering referential suggestions for SME on establishing scientific and effective HR management system..
