In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of talents is becoming more and more prominent. In order to extensively gain high quality and high performance talents, many enterprises increase the investment in training to realize and maintain a competitive advantage throughout leading talents. As the exclusive national flag carrier for civil aviation, C airline bears the important mission on behalf of China to participate in the international competition, which is in a strong and urgent demand for talents. However, there exist many problems in the operation process of current training system, which result in the insufficient effectiveness of training and its incompletely realized value.Therefore, the object of the thesis is to study the junior staff training system of C airline. Based on the in-depth understanding of current status of human resources training and research at home and abroad, certain representative research findings of high practical value are selected as the theoretical basis of the thesis. Combined with questionnaire survey and interviews, a comprehensive survey of the junior staff training status of C airline was conducted, thus it diagnosed the various problems existed in the current training system and the cause of the problems as well. On the basis of the theory, the thesis thoroughly optimizes and re-designs the junior staff training system of C airline. The scale of the optimized design covers every layer of the training system of C airline, including the operation and the resources of training. As to the problem of insufficient transformation of training results, the thesis puts forward the idea of establishing an atmosphere layer of training system and the implementation plan. Finally, taking a job position of C airline as a pilot, the thesis conducts empirical study of optimized design scheme of its single training project, which has achieved a good result at the present stage and also confirmed the effectiveness of the optimized design scheme preliminarily.
