Research On H Company Middle Managers Training Based On Competence Characteristics Model

Increasing competition in, under the background of the changing market environment, exploring the competence characteristics model for managers how to do well in the changing environment, and how to meet with success, has become the core guiding ideology of human resources development and application. At present, more and more scholars apply competence characteristics theory to the construction of the enterprise training system, and implement the extension in the theory of competence characteristics in training practice. For bath industry of the labor-intensive, due to staff quality is generally low, industry internal lack of high-level talents, the enterprise internal management is weak and so on industry characteristics, introducing the competencies model into the industry management research is rare, special study of the middle management training in the industry is more little.This paper, taking a medium-sized enterprise in the bath industry-H company’s middle management training as the research object, using the theory of competence characteristics, taking the key behavioral event interview method, the nuclear inspection table method and other research methods, building the middle management competencies model. Based on this, H company middle management personnel training in the training needs analysis,training plan, training organization and implementation, training evaluation, traininginstitutions, training course system is brought forward, and the optimization measures put forward organizational guarantee, lecturer team guarantee and training time, funds guarantee way.In this paper, we study the contents of the can enrich competencies model in the bath industry research results of the studies on the enterprise internal management, for the bath industry management practice provides the reference in the future.
