Analyzed of the factors influencing themanagement capabilities of petroleum consultation enterprise, then to build evaluation system ofoil information enterprise from two aspects of basic management and process managementability.Secondly,through the scale reliability and validity for testing, determine the finalevaluation index system of knowledge management of petroleum consultation enterprise, andusing analytic network process (ANP) to determine the weight of each index.Thirdly,according to the fuzziness and complexity of knowledge management ability, to undertake a comprehensiveevaluation for knowledge management capabilities of oil information enterprise with expertscoring method. Finally, raising strategies of improving knowledge management of oilinformation enterprise from creating a good cultural atmosphere, enhancing recognition ofemployee of knowledge management, knowledge management capabilities closely integratedwith corporate strategy, ways to enrich knowledge sharing, sounding knowledge protectionsystem, tamping the stock of human capital, providing a theoretical basis for the continuousimprovement of oil information enterprise knowledge management capabilities and its corecompetitiveness.
