The construction industry is the main force of China’s socialist economic construction, with the rapid development of world economy globalization, market-oriented, the construction industry as a basic industry development state of material production in China, takes the lead to the development of the market economy, industry scale unceasing expansion, the construction industry of China’s national economic development has played a supporting role.Under the new situation, along with the project management work of construction enterprises in China has gradually become a daily management content of construction enterprise, project management work will usher in more challenge, also need to overcome the problem that may occur.Construction enterprise project management personnel is the main body of building enterprise process management of the project, there is a direct relationship between the development of production capacity level project management and construction enterprise.Construction enterprises in order to improve the level of project management, business performance, social evaluation of the enterprise as a whole, the overall construction of high efficiency, high quality completion of the project, we need excellent project management personnel management, understand the technology, good operation.In this opportunity and challenge coexist, the innovation and development of the times, the focus of market competition has been transferred to the competition of talents.The development of good human resources management, help to improve the construction enterprise talent development environment, and then improve the construction enterprises in the industry’s competitiveness. Performance appraisal is a core of human resource management, construction enterprises to deal with the enough attention, according to scientific and practical requirements, earnestly implement the target.This paper mainly discusses:To this article from the methods of performance evaluation and performance management theory, a comprehensive analysis, performance evaluation theory, analysis of the actual problems existing in current construction project management personnel performance appraisal in enterprise,establish the project managers of construction enterprises three KPI layer performance evaluation index system based on the application of 360 degree performance appraisal method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, constructs a model based on the AHP method,so design a specifically for project managers of construction enterprises in China performance evaluation method.
