In the world, many well-known companies which had remarkableachievement have been formed the excellent corporate culture. Corporateculture has become one of the main mean for corporate to obtain marketcompetition position, and it has a significant influence on the development ofenterprise. After more60years’ development, Hengyang AutomobileTransportation Group Corporation has formed its own unique corporateculture, but the changes in business environment has brings some problemsfor the corporate culture, which influence enterprise’s development.Therefore, it is urgent to take some measures to optimize the corporateculture according the changes in business environment.To begin with, the paper described the background and significance ofcorporate optimization of Hengyang Automobile Transportation GroupCorporation. The author introduced the domestic and foreign applicationresearch on corporate culture and the related theory of corporate culture.Then, questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the situation of corporateculture of Hengyang Automobile Transportation Group Corporation. Byusing this method, the problems and reasons of corporate culture were found.According to the before analysis and corporate strategy, the author putforward the optimization content and suggestion for the corporate culture.The content and suggestion includes four aspects: spirits culture, institutionculture, behavior culture and material culture. Lastly, in order to carry outthe optimization plan smoothly. The author also put forwarded a series ofsupporting measures.
