Research On Team Management Ofa Construction Company

Since21st century, there is fierce competition in construction industry. In order to remain competitive, some construction companies began to improve the level of management, and optimize the organizational structure. Within the construction enterprise, some tasks, which complete by individual, has been replaced by team work, this situation will continue to maintain. The advantage of team is obvious, such as flexible, efficiency, professional and resource sharing is better than other work mode. So team management is an effective management method.We use A construction company as the study objective, and use depth interview, questionnaire and literature research methods to study team management in construction enterprise. At the base of theoretical research, we analyzed the team management problems and experience of A construction company. Aim to solve these problems, we suggest to increase the intense of training, improve the communication skills of staffs, build learning teams and construct team management culture, and so on. Through this paper, we studied the different management methods for different teams. These methods not only useful for A construction company, but also can give some references for other construction enterprises.
