With the deepening of the reform of the economic system in Zhengzhou City, thejob market continues to improve, people choose to participate in social work form arealso diverse, flexible employment has become people choose to participate in animportant form of social work. However, in the choice of flexible employment in socialpension insurance, but there has been unreasonable pension contribution rate, thepayment period is low, lack the ability to pay the insured and other issues. By the authorresearch found that the reason for these problems with the current pension contributionrate is unreasonable, and therefore this paper aims to analyze the measured rate ofsubstitution deduced moderate moderate contribution rate Zhengzhou City flexibleemployment, and proposed countermeasures on the basis of and recommendations.Therefore, in order to protect the basic old age flexible employment,reducing the risk offuture uncertainty, the Zhengzhou city government should establish a suitable flexibleemployment wide coverage, the insured reasonably flexible employment policies, whichwill be beneficial in Zhengzhou City rapid economic development, but also to building aharmonious society of great significance.To study the contribution rate moderately flexible employment Zhengzhou, sharethis article has five chapters.
