Along with the increasing competition in global valve market, many world-wide famous valve manufacturers transfer factories to China, India, Thailand or other Southeast Asian regions. China has become the largest valve manufacturing country. As the national economic growth, the valve industry has been rapidly developed and faces fierce competition and severe challenges China. YBL Company maintains good development since the development in the Chinese market. However, the valve manufacturing industry become fierce competitive in China, for the entries of many foreign valve manufacturers and the rapid growth of domestic valve manufacturers.In such a competitive market environment, the valve enterprises are difficult to develop and stabilize the market without following the market development, making marketing strategy and strategy innovation. YBL companies also recognize the importance of marketing strategic, but it is the problem for valve enterprises how to put the products into market quickly and efficiently, how to establish good marketing channel?In this thesis, I take YBL Chinese Company as the research object. First, analyzes the microscopically management environment, industry environment, social demand environment based on the tools of PEST and Five-Forces-Model. Second, dissects the competence of enterprise, and makes the analysis of SWOT. Finally, draws up the marketing strategy of YBL Company based on the tool of STP combining with the domestic valve industry market conditions; gives available proposal based on4E industrial goods marketing theory in order to achieve the company sales strategic objectives that doubled sales in the four years.This study of YBL Company may help management to understand of the current predicament of marketing, provide guidance to take the right marketing strategy. It also provides reference to develop market for YBL Company in China. At the same time, there is enlightenment and reference for the marketing strategy research of valve industry enterprise.
