Research On The Relationship Between Error Management Culture And Enterprise Performance

The development of enterprise related to all levels of economic and social. Variety of academic research focused on the growth of enterprise. This review aims to find the relationship between Error Management Culture and Enterprise Performance. Whether empirical research or existed literature, the role of error management culture has been proved to be important in enterprise management. Based on the arrangement of literature, the major aim of this study attempts to build the influence model of Error Management Culture and Enterprise Performance, particularly with the focus of the mechanism of Enterprise Learning Ability to see if Enterprises can strengthen Enterprise Learning Ability and increase Enterprise Performance by molding Error Management Culture.This study wants to investigate4questions. In this process, we use kinds of statistic software to test the hypothesis. The data in this study were collected from questionnaires. These data explained the hypothesis well.The findings of this study were that error management culture was positively related to enterprise learning ability and enterprise performance, and enterprise learning ability proved to be a good mediating variable which can play mediating effect well.At last, we give some management recommendations. Such as introspect enterprise itself to face error actively instead of falling into vicious circle. Only changing the negative attitude towards treating errors can enterprise grasp the important messages from errors Learn from errors, enterprise performance can be improved and strength its advantages of competitive.
