With the of continuous progress of national urbanization, urbanization led to therapid growth of the national economy. The real estate industry as a pillar industry of thenational economy, is playing an increasingly important role. While in recent years, the realestate industry has ushered a critical and difficult period development time, whether interms of response to the external environment changes or deal with the internal operationand management of the industry. From the point of view of the current domestic real estatemarket development situation, the real estate industry will be soon face the developmentand transformation of the industry. During this process, companies should strengthen theirmanagement capacity, to respond to the external and internal environment changes. Socan they guarantee enterprise sustained and steady development.This research choose B real estate company which is representatively as the researchobject. In this paper, we analyzes the problems of performance appraisal system in B realestate company currently. In combination with the modern performance appraisalmanagement theory, put forward a reasonable solution. The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction; introduce the research background, purpose andsignificance and structure. The second part is a literature review about performanceappraisal relevant theoretical knowledge. The third part is the status and situation analysisabout B real estate company. The company’s current performance appraisal problems hasbeen summarized through situation analysis and interviews. The fourth part is about B realestate company performance appraisal redesign, which is based on the original assessmentsystem and balanced score card. In addition, the difficulties and safeguards which shouldbe pay attention to have noted in this part. Finally, we put forward the conclusion andmanagement revelation of this study, expounded the research limitations and future studydirections.
