Application Of The Lean In The Production Department Of Company P

Under the condition of globalization economic, multiple demand and fiercely competitive environment, it is necessary of searching a way to improve the competitiveness and adaption to the changing market. The implementation of the Lean productivity system can increase and improve the performance manifold on the types flexibility, productivity, cost of inventory, size of production floor, morale of the staff,etc,on the contrary the invest of resource reduced relatively. The systems are suit for the enormous traditional manufacturers which want to make progress through full utilization of their existing potential.This thesis provides a profound analysis and research on Lean Production System,the environment of P Company, production character etc. The factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) of P Company have been analyzed. On the base of above points the thesis designs the proposal of improvement for average production volume per operator, productivity improvement of finish goods, cost down of production, improvement of moral, then the proposal was tried and good effectiveness was achieved. In addition, these problems are common in China. Research and resolution will not only be important for further development of company P, but also to provide new ideas to similar enterprise.
