In recent years, the integration of the national beer industry, the merger of thecompanies increasingly high demand for human resources management, QD northern beersales compensation management, incentive to play a role in the transformation smaller. Breakthrough in low positionsdifficult to raise the salaries of the bottleneck, play incentive pay system, improving thecompany more attractive to talent.To ensure the smooth implementation of the salary system, the proposed controlsystem to improve the total remuneration, salary adjustment system, salary appraisal system,employee reward system, strengthening cultural construction company and focus onadvocacy and communication recommendations.
