In the current capital era, more and more industrial enterprisesgradually shift their business area into capital market. During theprocess of reconstruction and transformation, the operational mode ofcapital market becomes more demanding to managerial structure and runningmode of an enterprise. This dissertation will explore how Corporation Ashould transform its human resource management and develop correspondinginformationisation strategy based on the situation that the enterpriseintends to be listed. It will also elaborate and analyse the problemsCorporation A encountered under the background of rapid development ofurbanisation, combining the consideration of macro-control from nationalgovernment and local government.This dissertation consists of five chapters. Chapter1isintroduction which will briefly introduce research background, researchaim and research method. Chapter2states the theoretical basis of humanresource management and listed company management to theoreticallysupport the description of problems of corporation organisation structureand operations management. Chapter3focuses on analysing therequirements in corporate governance principle that human resource ofCorporation A should obey. It also introduces the background ofCorporation A as well as the highlight, the transformation of organisationstructure and the human resource management system. Chapter4introducesthe status quo of the informationisation of human resource management;it describes the informationisation plan and approaches as well in orderto satisfy the demands of human resource management transformation ofCorporation A. Finally, chapter5will review the status quo of real estateindustry and conclude the dissertation. Besides, some similar problemsother enterprises may encounter will be put forward as well.
