The empirical results show that human capital andincome inequality have a significant positive correlation with rural labor immigration, while urban unemployment ratio, per capita arable land and mechanical power havesignificant negative correlations with it. Moreover, in order to compensate for the lackof macroeconomic statistics, this paper takes field survey data to build a Logisticmeasurement model in which the human resource’s effect on the secondary floating ofrural surplus labor immigration. The empirical results show that each independentvariable has a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among economic factors, income inequality is the dominant factor affecting re-employment.
