| With the rapid development of manufacturing and information technology, manufacturingindustry is facing increasingly fierce market competition. In order to win the competition,enterprises pay more attention to the relationship with the partner in the supply chain andimprove the overall performance of the supply chain. At the same time, with the transformationof the production pattern, lean production is increasingly mature in the manufacturing industry.Now, the relationship between supplier and customer has not been able to meet therequirements of lean production. In this context, the relationship model between suppliers andmanufacturers began to shift to lean supply. Therefore, for manufacturing industry, it is animportant problem that how to scientifically evaluate and select partners and build lean supplyrelationship to gain competitive advantage.This study is based on the idea of lean supply. It elaborates the lean supply theory andanalyses the influencing factors which need to be paid more attention to. Then, the paperestablished the supplier evaluation system. Through the research on the evaluation and selectionof suppliers, it put forward the theory of lean supply for the existing mode of production, andexplored how to evaluate suppliers to provide the basis for enterprises to choose the suppliers.Firstly, the paper introduced the lean supply relationship and compared it with thetraditional supply. It found out the deficiency, and put forward the improvement scheme.Secondly, the article analyzed the lean supply mode in detail, and combined with the supplierselection target to set up the supplier evaluation and selection system under the backgroundof lean supply. Finally, used the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish theevaluation model, and applied to typical lean production enterprises to verify the practicalityand effectiveness of the system.Through the research on the lean supply, the paper redistricted the evaluation criteria forsupplier system, and improved some indicators to focus on the key point in lean supply.The evaluation criterion is divided into four aspects. It is the cooperation ability, the productcompetition ability, the enterprise internal competition ability and external environment. Interms of cooperation, it not only pays attention to technical cooperation and strategy, thetraditional system compatibility, but also includes the indicators which reflect the idea of"continuous improvement, comprehensive and transparent". While setting the index, itincludes quality improvement plan, the degree of information communication, costtransparency and so on; for the product competition ability, it not only considers the hardconditions of products, but also includes the ability of the product support, emergency situation;In the internal competition level, it not only considers human resources, financial, materialresources, but also the soft indicators such as the image of the enterprise. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results, it not only can provide references forenterprises to select lean suppliers, but also help the supplier find the deficiency and achieve thelean supply. |
